OUR SPA POLICY

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ OUR SPA POLICY 

THERE'S A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT...

1. Here at Lavish Beauty, we do not accept walk-ins. Same day appointments are for Good Brow Club  members only. 


2. All deposits are NON-refundable, if you paid a deposit and have to reschedule for any reason , you are permitted ONE reschedule before you forfeit your deposit and will have to another deposit to schedule for a second time. 


3. We accept Cash, credit cards, Cash app, Apple pay, and or Venmo. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 


4. There will be a 10 min grace period for any clients that are running late, anything over 10 mins will be canceled or rescheduled. You must pay a $25 late fee upon rescheduling. Late clients with any discounted coupons or gift cards will be subject to redemption and and charged a $25 late fee upon rescheduling. 


5. Expired discount coupons will not be accepted under no circumstances. 


6. No two discount coupons will be accepted in one appointment. 


7. No one may accompany you in the service room, friends and family must await in the waiting area. 


8. No kids are allow in the service area if they are not getting serviced. kids 12-17 must be accompany by parent or guardian.


9. 24-48 hour cancellation notice is required, or clients will be subject to $25 cancellation fee. 


10. No cal no show will be permitted to reschedule but not without paying for the service in full at the time of booking


11. Appointments request are NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation/ approval text or email from us! Booking an appointment means that you are just requesting a specific date and times. Day and times may or may not be available. 


12. Please use proper spa etiquette when entering into our office ( indoor voice, silence calls, no phone calls during service)


13. If you have been around anyone with covid in the last 14 days prior to your appointment, please reschedule your appointment ( no penalties will apply)


14. If you are sick with any kind of sickness including allergies, please reschedule. ( no penalties will apply)


15. If you are coughing or sneezing continuously during your service, your service will b e canceled or cut short. 


16. Please come into our office will a positive attitude, great vibes or energy, it will definitely enhance your service. 


17. We reserved the right to refuse service to anyone. 


18 .All appointments are secured with a credit card on file, ONLY  a no call no show will be charged half price of the service, if client fails to show for their appointment
